The Puppet boasts the fragrance & elegance of a white wine. with the texture, richness & depth of a red wine. Fermenting on grape skins for 12 days develops a rich orange color alluring aromatics. Made with a simple, minimalist winemaking philosophy.

Winemaking: Red grape varieties picked at low sugar levels. All fruit was destemmed and crushed. Grapes were fermented separately with gentle fermentation techniques to avoid over extraction. Aged in stainless steel for 16 months.
